ETAS reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, prices or services provided at any time without prior notice. It is the advertisers and users of this sites responsibility to check the terms and conditions on a regular basis to ensure full and current understanding.

ETAS have the right to amend or discontinue this website without prior notice and without liability to advertisers, users of the website or any third party.

ETAS reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our business, clients and users of the website. This includes deactivation of the website.

ETAS reserve the right to amend the layout, style or content of the website.

All information submitted to this website must be complete and accurate. Information must be submitted by a valid representative of the company listed.

All trades and services listed on the site must be fully registered in the country in which they trade. A relevant registration number must be provided as part of the advertisement and further proof of registration must be provided immediately to ETAS on request.

All advertisers must be trading within the legal requirements of the country in which they trade.

All advertisers must be registered in the country in which they trade for all trades and services displayed or included in their advertisement.

ETAS reserve the right to remove any advertisements from the site that are deemed inaccurate or inappropriate without warning or prior notification. No refund will be paid by ETAS.

ETAS reserve the right to refuse adverts by any trade or service that is deemed to be inaccurate or inappropriate.

Advertisers accept liability resulting in any action taken by ETAS.

ETAS accept no responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred by advertisers due to action taken by ETAS

ETAS will not provide or sell client information to any third party unless required to do so by law or following serious complaints where information will only be passed on to official investigative authorities.

All users and advertisers of this site must be over 18 years of age.

All advertisers must keep their ETAS password confidential and must not share or disclose it to anyone else.

All media correspondence must be sent directly to ETAS and not placed on the website forum.

Payment Policies
Payment must be made prior to activation of advertisement.

All renewal fees must be paid on or before the date of renewal.

Failure to make renewal payments on time will result in the advertisement being deleted from the site.

ETAS reserve the right to review registration details and information prior to adverts being placed.

ETAS reserve the right to amend payment policies without prior notice or authorisation.

ETAS accept payment by credit card through Paypal or by euro or sterling cheques. No other form of payment is accepted by ETAS.

ETAS accept advertising over a 12 month period only. No refunds will be made following cancellation of an advert.

Advertisements
ETAS is intended purely as an advertising forum and therefore cannot guarantee that the information provided by third parties within their advertisement is accurate.

ETAS cannot be held responsible for the content of any advertisement placed on the site.

ETAS will not be responsible for checking the content of adverts placed on the site or any messages placed on the forum. Therefore users of the site are requested to report any inappropriate or misleading comments/adverts to ETAS immediately.

It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure that photos or logos placed on the site are either placed by, or with full knowledge of the copyright holder or are without copyright. ETAS will not accept any liability for any legal action taken regarding copyright of photos or logos placed on to the site by advertisers or third parties.

ETAS cannot guarantee the quality of any work or service carried out by trades and services listed on the site.

Any complaints received by ETAS may result in an investigation of the advertiser and possible deletion of the advert on the site.

Any serious complaints received by ETAS may result in details being passed to appropriate authorities for investigation.

The ETAS website cannot be used to send junk emails, spam, chain letters or bulk communication of any kind.

Technical
ETAS cannot accept any liability for technical faults resulting in down time of the website.

No compensation will be paid by ETAS for loss of business or reduced service as a result of website down time.
